Puppy Yoga at CrossFit Schenectady
Join us at CrossFit Schenectady on Friday July 31st for a PUPPY YOGA class!! This instructor (Jen Hughes) led class is from 7pm-7:45pm.
You must pre-register for this event by reserving your spot here - there are LIMITED spots available.
***Please bring water and a yoga mat or towel***
